Department OverviewUX Strategy Section manage end to end user journey of Rakuten Mobile business including online and offline. As a UX specialized team, we manage comprehensive UX in Rakuten Mobile service including online and offline.Mandatory Qualifications:- Experience in PMO or Project management for more than 3 years- Knowledge about software development process and UX design process- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills- Interest and passion for UX trends and best practices- Proficient Japanese language capability is required Desired Qualifications:- Experience of working in consulting companies- Experience managing projects in large-scale and complex organizationsOther Information:Additional information on English QualificationTOEIC score of 800 or above.
