Department OverviewThe FinTech System Strategy Department is a division that provides strategic support for the Rakuten Group's FinTech business. Our vision is to enhance synergies between FinTech services and further expand the Rakuten ecosystem. We collaborate with various group companies responsible for financial services, focusing on strategy, planning, development, and marketing to enhance synergies between FinTech services.This position allows for a broad overview of various businesses, enabling involvement in a wide range of services and the acquisition of extensive knowledge. Additionally, it offers an environment where one can grow through interactions with various individuals supporting Rakuten's FinTech business across departmental boundaries.In our Security Promotion Group, we enhance the defense capabilities against cybercriminals within Rakuten's FinTech business and provide secure services, thereby benefiting all users of the Rakuten Group.Position:Position DetailsIn this position, you will collaborate with various FinTech companies to enhance defense capabilities against cybercriminals by implementing the latest security measures required in the financial industry.
