This role involves conducting swift and accurate testing of new features and improvements as they are released and identifying and resolving potential issues early on. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, including the telecommunications industry, manufacturing, trading companies, and startups. Work Environment Department: Approximately 200 members Section/Team: Approximately 65 members Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, New Graduates, etc. Mandatory Qualifications: ・3+ years of software development or software testing experience. ・Experience in test design, test case creation, test execution, and test result analysis. ・Experience using test automation tools. ・Knowledge of test design methodologies. ・Strong communication skills for teamwork. ・Problem-solving skills. ・Sense of responsibility and a strong desire to learn. Desired Qualifications: ・Experience as a test lead. ・Experience building test automation frameworks. ・Experience with Agile development. ・English language proficiency (ability to read technical documentation and converse). ・Development experience. ・Knowledge of various development languages and tools.
