We are seeking an Associate Scientist working in the field of Allergy to join our highly collaborative Immunology & Inflammation team. In this role, you will support a broad pipeline by executing in vivo experiments in mice and in vitro assays, while communicating openly and frequently with your manager and team members in a team-driven environment.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tarrytown, NYWork model/flexibility: OnsiteDiscover your role:Work with mice, demonstrating proper handling and care, general surgical techniques, and collection of blood and tissue samplesConduct cell culture and in vitro experimentsMaintain lab and equipment, and order supplies/reagents to support a safe, effective, and efficient working environmentDevelop new methods or technologies and troubleshoot to advance project goalsMaintain accurate and complete laboratory recordsInterpret, analyze, and present research data with confidenceThrive in an innovative, fast-paced, results-oriented environmentStay highly organized, flexible, and motivated as priorities shiftThis role requires:BS/MS with 1-4 years of experience in allergy, asthma, or immunologyProven experience in tissue culture (maintenance of transformed and primary cells) and cell-based assaysExperience with flow cytometry, ELISA, and MSDBasic computer skills and experience collecting and analyzing biological dataPreferred: training in proper handling and care of mice, general surgical techniques, and collection of blood and tissue samplesPreferred: experience with GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, SoftMax Pro, and Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) Workbench softwareDoes this sound like you?
