We are seeking a Key Account Manager Hematology to join our International Hematology team, supporting Germany in a field-based work mode. In this role, you will drive account performance and regional contracting activities for our hematology portfolio while collaborating with Medical colleagues, pharmacists, hospital stakeholders, and commercial teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Field-based in Germany South-WestDiscover your role:Establish high-quality healthcare professional relationships across the territoryDevelop referral networks spanning hospital, outpatient, and office-based settingsDeliver portfolio value messages through face-to-face, remote, and digital engagementPartner with Medical on regional programs and healthcare professional activitiesManage account planning, segmentation, targeting, and local account plansSupport regional contracting activities and adapt contract models to local needsAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to inform negotiationsThrive in an agile environment and adjust priorities to account needsThis role requires:Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent for sales professionals5-7 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experienceKnowledge of the German healthcare system and regional market structuresExperience using data, customer relationship management systems, and multiple business systemsQualification in applicable pharmaceutical industry codes, including EFPIA Code or VFA PharmakodexFluency in German and good working knowledge of EnglishAbility to manage a large territory independently with frequent travelStrong customer engagement, negotiation, and communication skillsHigh integrity and ethical standards in all interactionsHematology sales experience and an established network strongly preferredExperience supporting hospital, purchasing group, or payer contract negotiations preferredProduct launch experience preferredSalary range (annually)73,125 -121,875 €Does this sound like you?
