We are seeking a Manager, Training Operations to join our Learning Center of Excellence (LCoE), supporting learning and training projects across the organization. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of LCoE-supported learning initiatives from intake through close-out, driving process improvements and automation opportunities while collaborating with Training Business Partners, designers, and the C3 team.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Warren, NJ or Armonk, NYDiscover your role:Lead Training Business Partners and designers to develop and maintain scope, timelines, and deliverables on moderately complex projectsAdvise on project requirements and specifications, drawing on strong learning technique and technology expertiseTrack, analyze, and optimize project timelines, providing regular status updates to stakeholdersLead project meetings to flag risks and drive timely decision-making on resource needsDesign and maintain a robust content plan for training materials, Academy pages, and onboarding guidesPartner with the C3 team to streamline collaboration and current deployment processesIdentify and implement opportunities to automate routine tasks and scale solutions to an enterprise levelExplore practical applications of AI within Learning OperationsThis role might be for you if you:Bring hands-on learning technology experience and enjoy staying current on new toolsCommunicate clearly and build strong relationships across stakeholder groupsManage your time well and juggle multiple moving projects with easeThink in terms of process improvement and enjoy designing scalable solutionsTake a pragmatic, curious approach to exploring AI and automation opportunitiesFeel comfortable leading meetings and driving decisions under time pressureThis role requires:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years developing and managing learning solutions (advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience)Strong hands-on learning technology knowledge and experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong LMS technical knowledge and experienceNice to haves:3+ years of experience in the pharma industryExperience with O365, Power Apps, and SharePoint design and developmentStrong Copilot and Claude skillsDoes this sound like you?
