We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team, supporting the VP Therapeutic Area Lead and Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic (CVRM) Clinical Development team based on-site in Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will proactively manage calendars, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and help teams execute day-to-day objectives, while collaborating with leaders, administrative peers, and cross-functional partners like IT, Facilities, and Procurement.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tarrytown, NYWork model/flexibility: 4 days a week on-siteDiscover your role:Anticipate the needs of leaders and teams, solving logistics before they become problemsOwn coordination of internal and external meetings, seminars, and events from start to finishBring organization to team town halls, offsites, and agendas that keep people alignedNavigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with composure and good judgmentBuild trusted relationships across all levels, while keeping sensitive information confidentialStep in as backup support for fellow coordinators when the team needs itStay curious and pick up new tools and systems quickly, for yourself and those you supportBring a collaborative, solutions-first mindset to daily administrative workflowsThis role requires:Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of administrative experience (years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)2+ years of industry experience in a relevant business function, desirableStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated independence, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilityA track record of building effective relationships up, down, and across teamsDoes this sound like you?
