In this role, you will prioritize, coordinate, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for MEP, HVAC, refrigeration, and other critical facility systems, safeguarding asset reliability and minimizing operational disruptions, while collaborating with technicians, engineers, contractors, and materials management teams.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tarrytown, NYWork model: On-siteDiscover your role:Review new service requests and convert them into detailed CMMS work orders with clear scope, labor hours, and safety requirementsDevelop and publish weekly/daily schedules that align with technician availability and research-critical maintenance windowsCraft or update standardized job plans, task lists, and PM templates to ensure consistent execution across all buildingsCoordinate materials, spare parts, and contractor services to ensure everything is staged before work beginsSupervise work order progress, adjust schedules for emergent priorities, and close out completed jobs with accurate documentationCommunicate status, constraints, and upcoming activities to Facilities Operations, Engineering, and lab stakeholdersThis role requires:Associate Degree in Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering (10+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree)5+ years of maintenance planning, industrial maintenance, or utilities operations experienceStrong grasp of HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, chilled-water, and electrical distribution systemsProven expertise with commercial/industrial MEP systems and CMMS software (TRIRIGA, Maximo, SAP PM) in addition to Microsoft Office toolsBalancing multiple priorities in regulated or mission-critical environmentsClear communication, anticipating issues, and keeping projects on track with minimal directionCollaborating with technicians, engineers, and vendors to solve maintenance challengesOrganizing complex information into clear, actionable plansCMRP or equivalent planning/scheduling certification preferredValid New York State driver's licenseDoes this sound like you?
