Build our future together:The purpose of the Training Coordinator, Senior Specialist role is to ensure the smooth and effective execution of training projects by managing and coordinating the intake, development, deployment and collaborating with all key stakeholders to deliver successful learning programs.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Armonk, NY or Warren, NJThis role is not eligible remoteEnable Process and Operational ExcellenceApplies seasoned Training Coordination experience to independently resolve a variety of complex problems that have significant impact on cost or efficiency of training operationsIdentifies areas for possible improvements and proactively addresses problems within scope of responsibilityRegularly makes recommendations on new processes, tools and services that can impact projects in training operationsModifies existing LCoE tools, techniques, and processes, with approval from leadershipRegularly contributes actionable ideas in logistics and quality meeting sessionsAbility to cross train in other overlapping LCoE areas (ie Onboarding, Training Quality and Compliance)Project ManagementAccountable for project lifecycle of a deliverable.Independently tracks and manages key milestones.Determines project and workload prioritiesMakes recommendations on process improvement and streamliningInvoicing & POsAccountable for PO and Invoice management on the team.Identify areas for improvement in the invoicing process.Identify areas for cost reduction in POs raisedArchivingManage other team members to identify files for archiving at the end of each project.Accountable for material uploadContinuously works to improve and automate the archiving process.Demonstrates initiative with new project requests and serves as SME for training coordination and executionExercises effective interpersonal, communication, training, and problem-solving skills within Training Operations and when interfacing with key stakeholders on project executionWith limited guidance, works on moderately complex assignments/projectsSupports the Onboarding function of the LCoE teamSupports any operational audit initiativesUATPerforms all UAT testing on LCoE deliverables.Leverage experience, identifies patterns in issues found and makes recommendations on resolution and development process improvementLeverage relationships across the LCoE team to improve outputs.Support Training Sessions – Virtual and Face to FaceCreate and manage session schedules, invites, meeting links, rosters and room bookingsReserve meeting rooms with appropriate A/V support for virtual or face to faceCoordinate catering and supplies for in person LCoE eventsProvide online support during live virtual sessionsSupport instructor logistics, including provision of travel guidelines and attendee rosters, and identifying room set-up/AV requirements.Manage production and delivery of printed course materials where requiredManage all pre and post program activities and surveys for both face to face classroom and online trainingThis role requires:A minimum of a Bachelors' degree and at least 2+ years of relevant experiencePreference for prior training operations experienceDoes this sound like you?
