We are seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to join our Statistical Programming team, supporting a therapeutic area across our clinical portfolio. In this role, you will provide programming leadership on project teams, overseeing deliverables from single studies through regulatory approval, product launch, and annual reports, while collaborating with study teams, CROs, and departmental colleagues to shape and implement programming standards.When & where:Location: Warren, NJ or Cambridge, MAWork model/flexibility: onsiteDiscover your role:Coordinate and oversee analysis programming within your therapeutic area, tracking progress and completion of deliverablesManage and coordinate programming and quality control of analysis datasets and outputs in support of regulatory submissionsMentor others on the use of standardization tools and therapeutic area standard analysis approachesServe as the programming representative on a multidisciplinary study team, ensuring timely, quality support through regulatory approval and launchDevelop data models, programming standards, and code, and train end users on project standardsMentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and modeling strong team behaviorContribute to programming development and quality control using established tools and methodologiesAdvise team members on procedures for data, records, and information retentionThis role might be for you if you:Enjoy leading programming work independently while staying closely connected to a broader project teamThink in terms of standards, consistency, and reusable processes across studiesCommunicate clearly with cross-functional and multidisciplinary stakeholdersTake pride in mentoring and developing less experienced colleaguesStay organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple deliverables and timelinesApproach quality control with rigor and a genuine sense of ownershipAdapt comfortably to shifting priorities, including ad hoc requests from senior leadershipThis role requires:Master's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experienceProven experience leading programming deliverables within a clinical or therapeutic areaStrong mentoring and team collaboration skillsExperience developing and applying programming standards and data modelsNice to haves:SAS CertificationDoes this sound like you?
