About the RoleAs a Sleep Coach, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers on their health journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service, retail or healthcare who is ready to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.You'll combine education, customer support and care — helping customers understand their sleep therapy, troubleshoot concerns and feel confident using their equipment.No healthcare experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries in-store and over the phoneInvestigate and help customers problem-solve therapy and equipment issuesProvide set-up, ongoing support and education to encourage successful therapy outcomesFit customers for masks and recommend the most suitable options based on trainingEducate customers on the safe and effective use of sleep therapy equipmentDrive sales of new or additional services, including phone-based follow-ups on trials and testing resultsMaintain the presentation and cleanliness of the clinic and retail environmentProcess payments and complete administrative duties as requiredManage trial and sales stock, including inventory control and re-ordering About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:Previous experience in a customer service, retail or healthcare environmentA warm, caring approach and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiencesStrong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to meet individual customer needsEmpathy, compassion and the ability to remain calm under pressureActive listening skills with a solutions-focused mindsetA strong work ethic, reliability and honestyThe ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a teamHealthcare or healthcare retail experience is advantageous but not essential — we're looking for the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
