Job Description

As a Graduate Engineer, you will support the Manufacturing Engineering team in developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. This role focuses on ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety (OHS), and cost-effectiveness while supporting both new product introductions and existing product improvements.You will gain hands-on experience in prototyping, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development and Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentationAssist in prototyping and verification activities to assess design feasibility and manufacturabilityWork closely with Product Development teams to ensure new products are robust and production-readyHelp identify and resolve technical and process-related issues on the production floorEnsure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards and company policiesAssist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructionsParticipate in process validation activities, including documentation and reportingSupport continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, GMP) to enhance quality and efficiencyProvide support in training operators on new processes, tools, and equipmentCollaborate with internal teams to build strong working relationshipsQualifications & ExperienceRequired:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or related field)0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred:Internship or project experience in a manufacturing environmentExposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with process documentation and validation activities.#LI-APACJoining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
