We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. Main Locations of this role will be in our warehouses in Venray and Roermond.Let's talk about the roleAs the Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination and control of inventory operations across EMEA warehouses. The role ensures that inventory records between ResMed ERP systems and 3PL warehouse systems are regularly reconciled, accurate, and properly investigated when differences occur.You will work closely with internal teams and 3PL partners to identify inventory discrepancies, drive corrective actions, and help prevent any impact on customers or patients. The position also supports stock transfers between European warehouses, monitoring of aging, expired and obsolete stock, disposal coordination, and cycle count activities in line with ResMed requirementsThis role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication to maintain inventory accuracy, support operational stability, and contribute to continuous improvement across the EMEA warehouse network.Let's talk about ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the inventory reconciliation process between the ResMed ERP System and the 3PL WMS is performed on regular basisPro-actively investigate reconciliation differences and work with the cross functional teams within ResMed and 3PL to ensure corrective actions are performed in a timely basis.Arranging stock transfers between warehousesMonitoring aging, expired and obsolete stock in EMEA WarehousesCoordinating disposal process in EMEA WarehousesEnsure Cycle Counts are performed in line with ResMed requirements.Analyze inventory trends and identify risks impacting inventory accuracy and availability.Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Support root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and implement preventive actions.Coordinate inventory-related projects and process improvement initiatives.Support external and internal audits by providing inventory documentation and analysis.Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of inventory-related processes.Let’s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceRequiredBachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or similar technical discipline.2+ years of experience managing inventory control within operations covering both 3PL and in house operations.Proficient with Microsoft applications.Experience with MRP/ERP systems.Fluency in EnglishPreferredExperience with Tableau, Power BI and other data analytics tools is a plus.Let’s talk about Skills and CompetenciesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsAdditional informationAt Resmed, all employees benefit from a bonus plan, the percentage of which depends on your position within the organisation.You also have access to a referral bonus and to Resmed's preferred shareholding programmeCompetitive benefitsInternal career opportunity - joining an international fast-pace and massively growing companyResmed is an Equal Opportunity Employer#LI-EUJoining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
