This is a 1-Year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position based at our Galaxis office in Singapore and requires onsite attendance five days per week.As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our lab operations—ensuring equipment is calibrated, tests are executed flawlessly, and compliance is always top-notch. Your responsibilities will span across:Equipment ManagementSchedule and coordinate calibration and maintenance with minimal lab disruptionMaintain accurate records and ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standardsKeep the lab organized and inventory in optimal condition Laboratory OperationsSupport lab amenity upkeep and test bench readinessPrepare for audit activitiesManage procurement of lab supplies and chemical database updates Contractor AdministrationTrack and manage short-term contractor schedules and onboardingEnsure training records and timesheets are accurate and up to dateLiaise with hiring agencies for contractor recruitment Team CollaborationAssist Technical Officers and Engineers in routine testingPrepare jigs and samples, and document results with precisionContribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking ForExperience in laboratory operations or technical support rolesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with regulatory and quality systems (ISO, GMP, etc.)Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentProactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving #LI-APAC Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
