Role OverviewAs a People Experience Operations (PXO) Specialist supporting the EMEA region, you will operate in a dynamic, international environment. Working remotely, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by optimizing and implementing PXO processes, ensuring consistency, and driving operational excellence across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PXO processes across EMEACollaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional standards, policies, and guidelinesAct as a key liaison with PSS and foster strong cross-team and cross-cultural collaborationPartner with internal stakeholders including People Advisors, Legal, Occupational Safety, and other functionsManage and resolve complex or non-standard employee queries within the People Operations scopeSupport region-specific initiatives such as quality management (QM), occupational safety, and SOX compliance activitiesCreate and maintain documentation, workflows, and reports beyond standard operational topicsContribute to and lead PXO-related projects, including the rollout of new processes and improvements at the EMEA levelAnalyze HR and operational data to generate insights and recommend improvements to enhance employee experienceCoordinate onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding processes in partnership with PSSOrganize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessionsSupport change management initiatives and contribute to corporate culture programsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related fieldProven experience in PXO, HR, or People Operations, ideally within an international or EMEA-focused organizationFluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plusStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approachExperience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office toolsHigh level of intercultural awareness, empathy, and adaptabilityWhat We’re Looking ForA proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environmentA problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and handle complex employee mattersSomeone passionate about improving processes and delivering a positive employee experience.#LI-APAC Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (degree in business administration)
  • Proven experience in PXO, HR, or People Operations, ideally within an international or EMEA-focused organization (experience)
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus (experience)
