Your mission is to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting customers on their individual sleep health journeys. Working as part of a close‑knit team, you will provide exceptional service, maintain high retail standards, and contribute to revenue growth and ResMed’s strong market reputation.Your Day‑to‑DayCreate exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalised sleep solutionsRecommend products and services that improve sleep quality and help achieve sales targetsMaintain high store and clinic standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock managementDevelop strong product knowledge by completing training and staying up to date with Resmed’s innovative sleep solutionsBuild lasting customer relationships through follow‑up, progress checks, and ongoing supportComplete POS transactions, cash handling, and general administrative tasks accuratelyAssist with the care, checking, and maintenance of trial and demonstration equipment What We’re Looking ForRetail or customer service experience (2+ years preferred)A sales‑focused mindset with a passion for achieving targetsStrong communication skills—friendly, confident, and empatheticHigh attention to detail across service, merchandising, and administrationComfortable using technology and POS systems (Salesforce or Shopify experience is a bonus)Healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness experience is desirable but not essentialFlexibility to work on Saturdays in the future.
