Your ability to listen, build trust, provide guidance and create a positive experience will be central to your success.Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help customers understand their therapy, gain confidence using their equipment and achieve better health outcomes. You Will:Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide personalised supportAssist customers in-store and over the phoneInvestigate and help resolve therapy-related concernsSet up equipment and provide ongoing coaching and supportFit customers with masks and recommend suitable solutions following trainingEducate customers on the safe and effective use of their equipmentBuild customer relationships through follow-up and ongoing careProcess sales, payments and administrative tasksMaintain store presentation, merchandising and stock levelsManage trial and sales stock, including reordering when requiredComplete product training and stay up to date on Resmed solutionsWork collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience About YouWe care more about who you are than what you've done.The ideal person will be:Empathetic, caring and genuinely motivated to help othersAn excellent listener who takes the time to understand customer needsA confident and professional communicatorPositive, reliable and eager to learnComfortable working independently and as part of a teamCalm and compassionate when supporting customersOrganised and attentive to detailCommitted to providing exceptional customer service Previous experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, pharmacy or reception roles will be highly regarded but is not essential.Healthcare experience is beneficial, but we will provide all the training and support needed for the right person.
