Since 2020 we have been part of the American multinational group Rockwell Automation, a player operating in the industrial automation sector with headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA). As a Team Lead, you will report to the Engineering Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Artegna, Italy. Your Responsibilities: Develop and debug UEFI-based firmware (BIOS) to support product and technology development goals.Manage BIOS feature development, including issue tracking, investigation, and bug fixes.Debug complex firmware issues across the stack.Follow customer-specific coding standards and participate in code review processes.Collaborate with teams to bring up systems, validate platforms, and evaluation issues. The Essentials - You Will Have: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.At least 5 years of experience in the roleC/C++ programming skills; scripting experience in Bash, Python and PowerShell.Understanding of AMI Aptio V and EDK2 development, and industry-standard specifications such as UEFI and ACPI. Responsibilities

  • Develop and debug UEFI-based firmware (BIOS) to support product and technology development goals.
  • Manage BIOS feature development, including issue tracking, investigation, and bug fixes.
  • Debug complex firmware issues across the stack.
