Are you ready to accelerate your career and shape the future of finance?Join our Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) at Rockwell Automation. We design this 3-year development journey to build the next generation of finance leaders in a modern, data- and AI-driven business environment. Through 3 to 5 rotations across finance and digital teams, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, work on business transformation projects, and build a professional network across the organization.Unlike traditional finance graduate programs, FLDP combines finance, analytics, automation, and AI to prepare participants for the future of the profession. Throughout the program, you will partner with experienced professionals and senior leaders. You will also receive mentorship and structured development support, and gain exposure to modern technologies. These technologies include Power BI, Power Platform, Python, and Generative AI.
