And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Technical Analyst works with the product development team on the prototyping, design and qualification testing of Motion Control products in accordance with accepted engineering practices.Primary Responsibilities:Prototype validation testing and product qualification testingMaintaining laboratory tools and equipmentBuilding and modifying motor and drive test systemsModification and rework of the product under test and prototypesAnalyze, design, and schedule the implementation of testingThe Essential Qualifications: You Will HaveHigh school diploma or GEDLegal authorization to work in the US is required. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience (experience, 3 years)
  • Associate degree in Electronic / Electrical Technology (degree in electronic)
  • Mechanical aptitude to build test fixtures, mount motors, and use power hand tools (experience)
  • Familiarity with engineering laboratory operation, test instrumentation, test procedures and electrical and electronic test equipment (experience)
  • Experience with printed circuit board component modifications and soldering (experience)
  • Understanding electrical and basic electronics principles (experience)
  • Leading limited scope test efforts (experience)
  • Experience in support of microprocessor based digital and/or analog circuitry and power electronics (experience)
  • Knowledge of laboratory health and safety rules (experience)
  • Direct experience with the operation of microprocessor based digital and/or analog circuitry and power electronics (experience)
  • Knowledge of lab certification, lab audits, UL/IEC agency requirements (certification)
  • Experience leading limited scope testing efforts (experience)
  • Familiarity with RSLogix and/or ladder logic or test automation development (experience)
