This role helps ensure procurement contracts, NDAs and related documentation are drafted with accuracy and efficiency. It also ensures all materials are managed in full compliance with company standards. Working with Procurement, Legal and business stakeholders, the Contract Analyst enables the business and its suppliers to operate with speed, confidence and control. You will support the execution of contracts, maintain data accuracy, uphold compliance requirements and contribute to continuous service improvement.Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality contracting support across the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, amending and processing procurement contracts and NDAs.Apply approved templates, playbooks and clause libraries to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with company standards.Support a customer-focused service model by providing timely, responsive and value-driven contracting support to Procurement, Legal and business stakeholders.Work on a ticket-based system to assist internal and external stakeholders.Maintain contract data and documentation within contract management systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and audit readiness.Position requirements: 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in the aerospace or defence sector. Experience in contract management or procurement operations, preferably within a global or complex business environment.Strong understanding of contract principles, including drafting, review and negotiation fundamentals.Attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify errors, risks and inconsistencies in contract language or process.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-service mindset and collaborative approach.Evidence of delivery of cost savings and value creation.Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence.Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, CoupaOur vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
