  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or operational excellence frameworks (experience)
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, data analytics, or digital tools in manufacturing (experience)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels (experience)
