You’ll benefit from being part of a supportive team, hands-on training, and opportunities to broaden your skill set across electrical and mechanical disciplines.What you will be doing:Mechanically assemble switchboards for a major programmeDisassemble, inspect, clean, test and reassemble mechanical and electrical assemblies to strict standardsWork with diesel power rail power packsCollaborate with team leads to ensure quality, delivery, and cost expectations are metMaintain high standards of safety, documentation, and shop floor efficiencyPosition QualificationsHave completed a recognised mechanical or electrical apprenticeship (or equivalent experience)Bring experience working on diesel engines or electrical systems in a service or MRO environmentBe comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit, goal-focused teamShow good communication and documentation skills in a regulated environmentDemonstrate a hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detailPreferred requirements:You must demonstrate an ability to be work within a team orientated environment and collaborate across multiple functions. Required Qualifications
