In this role, you will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to support critical programme milestones, contributing to the successful delivery of our Defence strategy. Your expertise will help ensure the safety and reliability of our products, enabling our customers to operate with confidence. What you will be doingWith this attractive opportunity, you will get a chance to:Apply Safety & Reliability processes such as Hazard Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and Quantitative Risk Assessment.Work with various specialists and senior project figures, including the Life Cycle Engineering and Design Engineering functions.Capture and numerically assess system rejection causes to provide insights to the Services organisation for operational availability and cost considerations.Utilise statistical methods to assess system reliability and identify potential risks.Influence design decisions by evaluating failures and their impact on safety and reliability.Position qualificationsBeing a part of Rolls-Royce, we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
