Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Buyer – Finished Components to join our global procurement team. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and driving cost, quality, and delivery performance across a portfolio of production components.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, with experience supporting new product launches through series production in a global manufacturing environment.What you will be doingLead supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and award decisions for production and aftermarket components.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and supply objectives.Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing through production launch.Perform cost analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities through supplier and process optimization.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
