The successful candidate will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, operational efficiency, procurement governance, and sustainable procurement practices within a highly matrixed and international environment.The role operates at both strategic and operational levels, partnering closely with regional business leaders, global procurement teams, finance, operations, legal, and organizationPosition requirements:Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related disciplineMinimum 8 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, energy, marine, or multinational environmentsStrong experience managing indirect procurement categories such as logistics, services, consumables, facilities, and operational support servicesProven experience managing regional procurement operations across APAC marketsStrong leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams within a matrix organizationProven experience in:Strategic sourcing and category managementSupplier negotiation and contract managementProcurement governance and complianceCost optimization and procurement transformation initiativesStakeholder management across regional and global
