Job DescriptionAn Account Officer works with the Account Manager and they are accountable for the customer experience over the product & service lifecycle. The Account Officer integrates all aspects of the customer experience and directs the organisation to ensure that customer expectations are set, met or exceeded.Key accountabilities Delivering customer account revenue, cash and debt targets.Defining and implementing customer account strategies using account management processes.Building customer relationships and acting as a primary interface with RollsRoyce.Management of Customer SatisfactionSupport the forecasting inputs taking into account customer intelligenceSupporting service delivery and customer adherence to line of balanceCoordinate and drive profit improvement from existing packsQualificationsQualified to at least degree level or equivalent industry experience.A good understanding of Rolls-Royce products and services.Extensive experience of working directly with customers and delivering to their expectations.Experience of operating in a complex global environment and managing multi-national teams.Understanding of the aviation industry is preferable.Customer Service ExcellenceProcess & Data Accuracy.Task Execution.Ability to speak Mandarin and English is essential.As part of our selection process, candidates in certain locations may be asked to complete an online assessment, which can include cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing relevant to the role.
