Raytheon Australia is a trusted capability partner delivering some of the most complex, innovative and meaningful engineering projects for the Australian Defence Force.Right now, we are experiencing exciting growth and are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Support Coordinator to join our Advanced Training and Test Environment team based at our Williamtown location.This role will be working as part of a team, responsible for managing the Advanced Training and Test Environment (ATTE), delivering Defence a critical capability to support all services in the Defence Force.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain initial project documents (proposal of change, analysis of change and initial planning documents) for change requests in the ATTE program.Support a series of governance meetings, acting as the secretariat to help coordinate submissions for those meetings, recording actions and following up to ensure timely completion.Work with Defence to ensure good record keeping of all program data and effective support for timely submission of program deliverables.Attending and support workshops on risk and opportunities managementReview of strategy for sub-projectsReporting on progressChampioning continuous improvement activities.Skills, Experience & QualificationsCertificate IV qualified in business administration, leadership and/or project management disciplines or equivalent experience.Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project coordination role, preferably in Defence or a technology-oriented environment.Experience in the coordination of Defence Capability projects or products in a CASG System Program Office or Defence formation headquarters environment would be looked on favourably.Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams, helping to organise, prioritise, and schedule work assignments.Currently holding or ability to acquire Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a requirement for this role.This is the opportunity for you to build your career in a world class team and help update and sustain the Defence systems that keep Australia safe.If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career access your next mission now by clicking on the apply button below or contact us at careers@raytheon.com.auRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
