Job SummaryRaytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Associate Director, Contracts to provide strategic contractual and commercial leadership across RSA programs and business activities. Reporting to the Contracts Director, MENA, this role will be based onsite at Raytheon Saudi Arabia headquarters in Riyadh.The Associate Director, Contracts will lead contractual, commercial, compliance, governance, and customer engagement activities across Raytheon Saudi Arabia. This role serves as a key partner to RSA leadership, RTX business units, program teams, and Saudi government stakeholders, ensuring contractual excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful program execution.The position will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting contract management, customer correspondence, compliance activities, translation services, and strategic business initiatives.What You Will Do:Provide leadership and oversight of contracts and commercial activities across RSA programs and pursuits.Manage contract lifecycle activities, including negotiation, review, administration, amendments, and compliance.Partner with program and business leaders on contractual risks, proposals, pricing reviews, and business decisions.Serve as a key interface with Saudi Ministry of Defense stakeholders, government entities, and strategic partners.Lead customer correspondence management and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Drive compliance with RTX policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.Support governance processes, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead translation services supporting contractual, technical, and business requirements.Support localization, industrial participation, strategic growth initiatives, and business operations.Develop and lead a high-performing Contracts and Translation team across Riyadh and Jeddah.Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification with 12 years of experience in contracts, commercial management, legal, compliance, or program support roles.Experience supporting defense, aerospace, government, or highly regulated industries.Proven experience managing complex contracts, negotiations, and customer agreements.Experience engaging with government customers and senior stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership experience developing and mentoring teams.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic international environment.Strong business acumen with experience supporting profitability, risk management, and cash collection objectives.Qualifications We PreferProfessional qualification in contracts, law, commercial management, finance, or business.Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.Knowledge of Saudi government procurement processes and regulatory environment.Experience supporting defense programs, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), or government contracts.Experience with localization, industrial participation, or strategic partnerships.Experience leading governance, compliance, or translation functions.Program management experience.RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
