This role will be responsible for managing multiple strategic, high growth Patriot programs with European Customers. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment leading a unique P&L of Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) programs, including close collaboration with international Raytheon entities. The selected candidate will act as a trusted business leader within the broader Global Patriot organization, responsible for partnering across functions and teams to deliver outcomes that directly impact Raytheon’s results. Ideal candidate will have strong experience across multiple phases of both product and program lifecycles, with the leadership, organization, and financial acumen to make proactive, autonomous decisions.The European market for Patriot is currently in a significant growth phase, with strong demand for both Ground Systems and Effectors. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing proactive financial leadership, analysis, insight, and guidance to achieve near-term, tactical objectives and make sound, long-term strategic decisions.
