Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Global Security Services (GSS) Cybersecurity organization is seeking a Regional Training Lead to support our team 100% onsite at our facility in El Segundo, California.We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Regional Training Lead to be a member of a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals focused on delivering innovative training solutions, developing robust curriculum, and facilitating expert-led learning programs. This strategic role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and technical excellence across the GSS Cybersecurity organization.As a Regional Training Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the Training and Talent Development Team Lead with driving the design and execution of talent development initiatives that equip our cybersecurity workforce with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities required to meet evolving security challenges. You will also assist the Training and Talent Development Team Lead in aligning training strategies with organizational goals, strengthening our talent pipeline, and enabling both individual and organizational success.What You Will Do Support strategic initiatives and demonstrate a commitment to a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, innovation, and results.Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the GSS Cybersecurity Raytheon Training and Talent Development Strategy, helping to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Assist with the evaluation and enhancement of training effectiveness through data-driven assessments.
