Together, these distinctions reinforce our reputation as an employer of choice in Montreal, across Canada, and around the world.What Your Day to Day Will Look Like:Leads a team of skilled assemblers, operators and test techniciansIdentify and mentor potential C.I’s, advance program objectives and meet agreed customer goals and milestones, allocation of manpower according to engine priorities and other dept priorities and update daily engine statusMentor and coach’s new assemblers and operators, coordinates resolution of technical issues during build or test and shift change handover meetingsEnsure all paperwork is completed as per quality standards, advances FOD culture and initiatives in assembly, rigs, lab and test cells, completes 6S inspections, support and advance ACE initiatives and occasional communication of information in contact meetingsCoordinates movement of hardware internally and externallyCompletes EHS inspectionsCoordinates departmental training requirements with SupervisorThe Tools You Need to Be Successful:HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
