Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesigns and analyses interior systems of an aircraft and its components.Performs complex assignments often requiring the development of new or improved products, processes, and techniquesAssesses the feasibility and soundness of an engineering test, product, or equipmentInterprets principles, theories, and concepts of an engineering field.Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting, observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering coursesExperience in FEM and classic hand calculationsExperience with PATRAN/NATRAN, FEMAP, ANSYS, Abaqus or any other finite element analysis softwarePreferably with at least a year of involvement in a design organization producing component level designExcellent report writing and communication skills.Should not be under a Performance Improvement PlanShould not have received any disciplinary action for one yearRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
