Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do *Operate Thermwood, Thermoforming, and other machines related to plastics fabricationPerform machine setup and basic troubleshooting as neededEnsure products are manufactured according to drawing and quality requirementsConduct dimensional inspection using measuring tools and gaugesFollow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the work areaWhat You Will Learn5-Axis CNC MachiningThermoforming processesPlastics fabrication and manufacturing processesMachine setup, tooling, and quality inspection techniquesProper use of precision measuring equipmentQualifications You Must Have *Ability to read and interpret 2D drawingsExperience operating machines in a manufacturing environmentAbility to use measuring equipment such as calipers and gaugesBasic knowledge of manufacturing safety practicesWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentAdheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.Qualifications We PreferTeam playerCandidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
