Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.This is a 2nd shift position, which includes an 8% added pay differential.Provide microelectronic hardware operations engineering support to the RF Head Factory, with a focus on process improvement, cycle time reduction, defect prevention and the introduction of new RF Head modules to production. Individuals will be required to participate in process improvement initiatives, establishment of process base line metrics, and SPC implementation and process data analysis.What You Will DoTranslating engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentationProgramming for manufacturing automationDispositioning of discrepant hardwareLeading corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.Participate in process improvement initiatives.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.Knowledge of RF Microelectronic productsExperience with the manufacturing processes and transition to production of new products and processes to support volume manufacturingExperience with supporting a microelectronics assembly production floor, (process and/or quality focus).The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
