RTX- Dine Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.What You Will Do • Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.• Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.• Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.• Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.• Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) two (2) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings• U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer• Existing DoD Secret Clearance • Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System • Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams• High computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP/ PRISM and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)• Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.)• Experience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test and deliveryLearn More and ApplyPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
