This position is located within the RFC (Radio Frequency) Semiconductor foundry in Andover, MA, a 24/7 high‑mix manufacturing environment producing microwave monolithic integrated circuits for various RTX products. The fab requires strong on-floor support to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent use of the digital systems that enable factory operations.The Engineer will be serving as the primary on-the-floor representative for the group. The core responsibility is to ensure that engineers and operators can effectively use our factory applications, including the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Fault Detection Control (FDC) application, and homebuilt interfaces at specific tools.
