Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Overview of Responsibilities: *Monitors Assembly Completion based on Firing Order & establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet Shipping dates according to CODDAnalyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirementsPlans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing lead timesConfers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditionsCreate Production Order on time based on sequence of firing orderCheck available assembly to incorporate on production scheduleProvide weekly planning report related to production plan performanceAble to lead of team of planners.Performs other related duties as requiredAdheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and othersQualifications You Must Have *Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experienceAdvanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experienceIn absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is requiredProficient in the use of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Excellent understanding on ERP system (SAP, PELICO is an advantage)Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.Excellent analytical and interpersonal skillsMust not be under Performance Improvement Plan.Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.With at least a year in his/her current position.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
