Date Posted:2026-08-12 Country:Philippines Location:PH-BTG-TANAUAN CITY-BQ4 ~ First Philippine Industrial Park ~ BLDG Q4 Position Role Type:OnsiteMonitor and analyze total manufacturing costs, including direct labor, materials, overhead, and production expenses.Prepare and maintain manufacturing cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to understand cost drivers and improve cost performance.Track manufacturing KPIs such as labor efficiency, material utilization, scrap, rework, and productivity.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.Conduct root-cause analysis of cost variances and recommend corrective actions.Validate cost assumptions for new products, process changes, and capital investments.Ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with company financial policies.Prepare management presentations and recommendations related to manufacturing cost performance.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.Experience in manufacturing operations, cost accounting, financial analysis, or industrial engineering.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers and all levels of management.Typical Metrics OwnedCost per UnitTotal Manufacturing Cost (TMC)Labor ProductivityMaterial YieldScrap and Rework CostManufacturing OverheadCost Reduction SavingsProduction EfficiencyCollins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
