This role calls for a dynamic leader eager to operate within a fast-moving, evolving, and strategic portfolio for U.S. Air Force, Aircraft Prime and International Partner. The C‑130 Program area encompasses Engineering Services responsible for logistics and sustainment support, DMSMS/obsolescence management, hardware and software upgrades, and leading the production transition and retrofit of the C‑130 fleet to the MTS‑A HD configuration. The successful candidate will lead through strong cross-functional engagement, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development to shape emerging requirements and execute programs with rigor.
