Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Systems Engineers are interested in developing and testing next generation of optical systems. We are seeking a Systems Engineer who also serves as an Agile Product Owner, combining strong systems engineering fundamentals with a solid background in software engineering, requirements management, and Agile team leadership. This is an onsite position in McKinney, Texas.What You Will DoServe as the Agile Product Owner for a cross-functional engineering teamTranslate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, features, and system-level requirements.Lead requirements development, decomposition, traceability, and V&V planning.Coordinate across software, systems, hardware, and test engineering teams.Support system integration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.Conduct technical trade studies and contribute to architecture decisions.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain the product backlog.Present technical status and risks to leadership and customers. Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience in systems and software engineering.Agile developmentExperience with system hardware/software integrationThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
