An exciting opportunity exists for experienced semiconductor processing engineers to join our III-V foundry team at the RF Microelectronics/Module Development & Foundry Services department at Raytheon in Andover, MA. This department develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.The ideal candidates for these roles will have a broad understanding of semiconductor tools, processing techniques and microelectronic circuit testing. The successful candidates will support and execute process development efforts, assist in process sustainment, improve product yield, develop new processes and device capabilities, and assist in the creation of new technology discriminators in a III-V semiconductor wafer foundry. They may also develop proof of concept demonstrations of novel semiconductor processes, identify yield and process improvement opportunities, gather sponsorship and team resources, and execute on continuous improvement activities. Presence on the foundry floor is essential. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
