We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers. Systems Engineer - Integration Lead to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will contribute to the critical process of ensuring all system components meet the required E3 specifications and performance standards prior to delivery. What You Will Do:Prepare and develop detailed documentation to support formal testing reviews, including Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Engineering Safety Review Boards (ESRBs).Develop, review, and approve comprehensive test reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.Lead and support the development, review, and approval of test plans and test procedures, including Design Verification Tests, Qualification Tests, and Production Acceptance Tests.Collaborate with the Test Architect to optimize test strategies and processes.Maintain and manage the Hardware Utilization Matrix (HUM) while ensuring that the necessary test equipment infrastructure is in place to meet all test requirements.Support Engineering Lab Integration and Testing by working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, assessing their functionality and performance impact.Contribute to Factory Test Equipment prove-in and checkout activities to validate system performance and reliability.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members while aligning efforts with program leadership goals and objectives.This position may require up to 10% travel during periods that include field test execution. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
