The Sustainment Configuration Manager will oversee how new engine components, assemblies, and modules are introduced into the fleet and how legacy configurations are retired. This position plays a critical role in product sustainment by engaging in engineering cold‑starts, supporting component improvements, and ensuring timely and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical leadership, risk management, communication, and teamwork skills.
