The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise Windows and Linux server environments. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure by managing server technologies, virtualization platforms, cloud integrations, and data management solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Systems Engineer develops and implements technology solutions, resolves complex technical issues, drives process standardization, and supports cybersecurity and compliance initiatives while delivering a high level of customer service and operational excellence.What You Will DoProvide expertise, management, and support for Digital Technology systems in complex Microsoft Windows and Enterprise Linux environments, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication technologies.Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server infrastructure to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.Develop and implement technology solutions based on industry best practices to support business and operational objectives.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, operating systems, and integrated technologies.Manage and support virtualized environments using VMware technologies, including performance tuning of physical and virtual servers.Support data storage, configuration management, data retention solutions, cloud services integration, and firewall segmentation initiatives.Monitor system performance and utilization, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system effectiveness.Collaborate across organizational and cybersecurity teams to standardize processes, maintain security compliance requirements, and support enterprise technology initiatives.Create and maintain technical documentation, provide training on IT processes and procedures, and complete assigned tickets and tasks in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Travel approximately 10%.This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
