Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.This is a 2nd shift role which includes a shift premium of 8%.In this role, you will support the 2nd shift production floor of CCM High Mix area in a test engineering capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment and production hardware, and analyzing systemic production failures.What You Will DoInteract with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, and operations staff to support production testing, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to support production testing.Assist with troubleshooting failures on CCAs by performing data analysis and visual inspections.Identify trends in defects and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues in a timely manner to prevent future build process defects.Support test equipment coordination between internal customers.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.1+ years of experience with RF testing equipment.2+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and/or mechanical issues.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
