Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.We are seeking a Development Associate Director (AD) for the Tomahawk program to lead multiple capability enhancements and obsolescence redesigns from inception through transition to production. Reporting to the Tomahawk Development Director, the AD will oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex efforts while managing several direct reports.This position will provide a unique opportunity to lead during a period of unprecedented demand for one of Raytheon’s most iconic and combat‑proven franchise programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
