Position SummaryRole and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Management (60%)Support the development and execution of the annual SES marketing calendar, Go-to-Market (GTM) execution for flagship device launches and major retail campaignsPlan, coordinate, and execute localized marketing campaigns, retail activations, and promotional activitiesWork with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets and marketing materials.Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of launch activities.Assist in developing and managing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives.Drive awareness, store traffic, and customer conversion through targeted marketing initiatives.Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on ROI, effectiveness, recommend actions to maximize customer engagement and sales resultsIdentify opportunities to optimize future campaigns based on performance insights and market trends.Ensure marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines, PDPA and legal compliant.Sell-Out Platform PerformanceSupport initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across key retail platforms, including:Visit-InGoogle Business ProfilesSamsung Care+Monitor platform performance against established targets.Track sales attachment rates and recommend improvement opportunities.Contract Administration and Management (30%)Coordinate partner contract renewals and ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.Maintain accurate records of contracts, rental agreements, and related documentation.Monitor key contractual milestones and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.New SES Store Expansion (10%)Support the evaluation of new Samsung Experience Store opportunities eg location assessments, competitor analysis, and market research.Assist in developing business cases and financial evaluations, including P&L analysis.Prepare recommendations and presentations for management review.Monitor performance of newly launched stores against approved business objectives.Skills and QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.Experience3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, or retail operations.Experience managing marketing campaigns(Product launches and developing GTM campaigns for standalone stores) retail activations, and promotional programs.Exposure to lease management, contract administration, or retail store operations is advantageous.Experience supporting product launches and cross-functional project management is preferred.Retail, consumer electronics, telecommunications, or FMCG industry experience is highly desirable.Skills & CompetenciesStrong project management and execution skills.Commercially driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to interpret sales and marketing performance data.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
