Required Qualifications

• Any 2-year technical certification (TTI, ITT, Trade Cert, HVAC, etc); 3+ ASE certs or 4 years Semiconductor Technician experience (no cert, passes test) or 4 years equivalent technical Military service (experience, 4 years)
• Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation (experience)
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Power Point (experience)
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes also required. (experience)
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment (experience)
• Familiar with TPM concepts (experience)
• Strong attention to detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility. (experience)
• Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs. (experience)
• Ability to work off-hours if necessary (experience)
• Electro-mechanical aptitude, Basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and (experience)

• The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour - $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance. Responsibilities

• Performing Preventative Maintenance (PM)/Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
• Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.
• Working collaboratively on a fast-paced team.
