Our qualified candidate will support the Company on a broad range of litigation matters. The Senior Litigation Counsel will coordinate all activities, internally and externally, including advocacy and strategy for litigation and investigative matters, internal communications, and discovery.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Litigation Counsel, you will be responsible for managing litigation (e.g., product liability, consumer class actions, commercial litigation, etc.), including pre-litigation dispute resolution, discovery and other litigation requests and processes, preparing witnesses for testimony, reviewing pleadings and other court documents, and providing advice and recommendations to senior management, other litigation team members, and the Head of Litigation regarding strategy, management, and resolution of cases and matters. You will also manage the company’s response to government investigations.You will drive strategy, execution, and management of outside counsel on litigation and government investigation matters. You will work cross-functionally with teams to mitigate litigation risk and ensure compliance with litigation and regulatory obligations.
